Stopping online spam: Will something like this work? - online anti spam
Just looking for advice: Is this a working method to stop spam bots? The aim is to keep the robot without stopping in the blind or dyslexic - and it is much easier to squint and try to confuse all the letters: read-D

Opinions? Is it easy to use? And you think it warrants being protected from spam bots?

This anti-spam method does not work, because they always ask for the second word in the sentence, so that someone could take a script for the second word in the sentence, then write the word, and the entrance is on the field, and text send it. The anti-spam method is defeated.
The premise is good, but by strengthening:
1. Adding various topics (not just the search for a word in a sentence)
2. You will find different words in a sentence (and not just two)
3. Vary the set of attributes (bold, italics, underline, etc.)
Thus, it is difficult for someone to write a script to stop.
If you want a good anti-spam, I recommend using ReCaptcha, a version of CAPTCHA that is not only practically impossible to operate efficiently because of its unpredictability and disadvantages script, but also because it helps to digitize books in to the process of Users submitting the correct reCAPTCHA.
